Ordering

We use the secure PayPal payment system, which makes ordering simple and safe.

1. Choose Your Goods

Select from the available options on a product page and then click the Add to Cart button. The shopping cart will be shown. You can adjust order quantities and apply a discount code.

2. Postage Charges

We currently deliver to any address in the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man for a flat fee of £1.99. For orders of £30.00 or more shipping is FREE.

For all countries outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us for a shipping cost quotation before placing your order.

3. Shopping Cart

In your shopping cart you can review the cart contents, remove any unwanted items or amend the product quantities. Just click the Update button for any changes to take effect.

If you have a discount code or voucher enter the code and click Apply. The code must be provided in this shopping cart and not in PayPal when you make payment. For information on our group discount scheme please click here.

To add more items to your basket click the Continue Shopping button to be taken back to the product catalogue pages. When you have finished ordering, click the Checkout with PayPal button.

4. Billing Information

You can pay for your order using a PayPal account or any major credit or debit card. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide your contact and payment details. We will not see your card or account details at any time. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order and make payment.

Use the Special Instructions box to provide us with additional information. You may if you wish choose to have the goods shipped to an address that is different to the billing address.

5. Review Your Order

Please check your order once more and then press the Buy Now button to make payment. Once your payment has been taken we will send you an email confirming receipt of the order. An invoice will be dispatched with the goods.

7. Dispatch

Orders received before midday (12:00 pm) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that occasionally there may be delays in the payment processing system, and we will not receive your order in time to deliver it that day. To avoid this problem arising, you are advised to place your order as early as possible.
