We understand that many customers still feel uneasy about disclosing their personal information and payment card details online. And it is no wonder, with stories of identity theft and credit card fraud making the news regularly. That is why we have teamed up with some leading providers of internet shopping services.
To collect money we use a payment gateway that is secured by VeriSign EV SGC SSL certificates. After you click the Checkout button, you will notice that the navigation bar is highlighted in green (in compatible browsers) and includes the padlock icon with the Identified by VeriSign message. What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
The carrier will usually deliver your order during normal working hours and will require a signature before leaving the package. Do not worry if you are not at home when the carrier calls, as a calling card will be left giving you information on how to contact the local distribution centre and reschedule the delivery. The carrier may also give you the option of having your package left with a neighbour or placed in a porch or outbuilding.
If you should encounter any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
What should I do if the goods appear damaged when I am asked to sign for them?
If it appears that your order was damaged in transit, you have the right to refuse the delivery. If however, you decide to accept the delivery, it is advisable to write a remark regarding the damage on the delivery note. Please contact us as soon as possible, and not later than seven days after receiving the delivery, so that we can advise you on how to proceed.

We inspect all goods prior to packing to ensure that our products arrive in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us as soon as possible, and not later than 7 days after receipt, quoting your order number and giving a full description of the problem.
We guarantee our products for one year from the date of purchase, provided that they have been used for the purpose for which they were designed, and in accordance with any instructions that were included in the original packaging. If your product develops a fault within this warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace any defective item free of charge.
What if I change my mind about my order?

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs) and subsequent amendments to these, you have the right to cancel your order if you change your mind. To do this, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. You then have 28 days from the date you sent us your cancellation notice to return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the products in good condition and with their original packaging and all accessories and documentation. We will arrange a full refund of the purchase price via the payment method you used to purchase the goods.
